The air is cool and crisp and the leaves are falling off the trees… the perfect time for comfort food! Chef is highlighting classic fall flavors on our new dinner menu. Our roasted chicken this season, pictured here, rests on a bed of pumpkin polenta and is served with roasted Brussels sprouts, cippolini onions and butternut squash. It's a slice of autumn heaven on a plate. Chef's fall fish is an artic char paired with lentils, wild mushrooms, and seasonal greens in a creamy leek sauce. Classic nana mainstays, including our Ancho-Chile Braised Short Rib and our Grilled Teres Major, are also on this season's menu. And a new Charcuterie Board joins our appetizer list with a selection of locally-cured and -sourced meats and cheesees, house made pickled veggies, mustarda (a sweet, tangy thick jam) and chickpea crackers.
