Chef's winter menu includes past Nana favorites, including our Blue Scotch Salad which transformed peoples idea of kale in a good way. We massage raw kale with avocado and toss the salad with rasted red peppers, pickled red onions, and cojita cheese. Our Chickpea Frittes, Pasta Picante, and Coconut Cheesecake Stuffed French Toast have also made a comeback. Sweet Potato Pancakes are making their debut, served with a dulce de leche cream and shaved almonds. And Chef's albonigas, or meatballs, are a mix of chicken & turkey with a spicy tomato-mango sauce.
